No Hassle Return Policy
For Any Reason, even if you just don't like it,
you may return any unworn sexy lingerie outfit or unopened item within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit. Returned items must be undamaged. Sealed packages must be returned with the original seal intact (for example, videos must be unopened and sealed in the original plastic wrap). Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable unless due to incorrect shipment or damaged merchandise.
"Worn" is defined as a sexy lingerie outfit or other item that is put on and left on for a period longer than necessary to determine if it fits. Underwear MUST be worn during the "try on" period.
You are responsible for return postage and insuring the package to guard against loss or damage. Insurance is not required and is entirely at your own discretion, however, 4Ever Hers is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you are returning a damaged or defective item or an item we shipped in error then please contact us prior to returning it. We may be able to save you time or further inconvenience.

Return Instructions
STEP 1
This step is optional but helps expedite the return process. Request an RMA number.
- Login to your account (the link is at the top of every page of our web site)
- Click View Previous Orders
- Click Order Details
- Click Request RMA Number (at the bottom of the page)
- Select the item to return
- Enter a reason
- Click Continue
You will receive a RMA number via email within 24 hours.
STEP 2
Carefully package the item you are returning.
If you have not requested an RMA number then you must enclose one of the following:
- A copy of the original invoice you received when the package was delivered
- A copy of the confirmation email you received when you placed the order
STEP 3
Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
